Job Overview
The Senior Area Manager will be responsible for providing Leadership, Management and Direction, to assigned Site Managers and/or Site Supervisors. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of new and existing manager orientation, training, development, coaching and mentoring, to include but not limited to writing development plans for each manager. The manager will provide monthly guidance on Forecasting, Budgeting Processes, and development of Quarterly Business Reviews, (QBR’s). This role will manage Site Managers or Supervisors to the five key Goals 1) Budgets 2) Quality 3) Customer Satisfaction 4) Employee Turnover 4) Growth. The individual will manage sales activities of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Roles & Responsibilities

Accountable for overall safety programs for each Site within area of responsibility
Lead, implements/standardize employee safety, attendance, and recognition programs for all sites within area of responsibility
Manage and provide direction in preparation of forecast and budgets
Provide recommendations on budget modifications to local management and or Corporate Finance
Responsible for establishing/maintaining one on one relationship with key customer contacts at each site
Consolidate and provide weekly Site Reports to Regional Manager
Complete scheduled and unscheduled site audits with staff and key customer contacts
Schedule and manage QBR calendar for area responsible for
Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
Lead and provide training, direction on portal inputs, budget master, InSite, supplies and equipment purchases
Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
Advise dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques
Responsible for an assigned sales territory
Analyze sales statistics to formulate sales plan
Utilize many tools in the marketing of our services including calling (phone and face to face)
Represent company at trade association meetings to promote services
Deliver sales presentations to key clients
Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales related units
Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
Assist in industry research and development
Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition
Heavy travel is required for this position
Qualification

Education and/ or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 5-8 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.

Compensation: $100,000-$105,000
Shift: Days/Weekends/Variable
