Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering constructive feedback on the written work of those producing digital content.
  2. Proofread and edit various publications (market research reports, magazines, newsletters, blog posts, etc.)
  3. Managing and developing style guidelines for digital content and effectively communicating them.
  4. Ensuring editorial is consistently produced with the appropriate tone to suit the requirements of different audiences.
  5. Successfully set and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  6. Ability to communicate clearly when interacting with external and internal clients.
  7. Coordinate with research managers and the digital marketing team to strategize the creation of the right content. 
  8. Occasionally write copy for the website, newsletters, press releases etc.

Qualifications:

  • MInimum 1 year experience in content writing and editing.
  • Experience in the digital content space.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English. 
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Open to working in multiple / rotational shifts.
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Literature / Arts / Mass Communication / Journalism.
