What You’ll Do:
The Safe Place & Youth Outreach Navigator serves as the primary liaison between The Relatives and the community and provides direct outreach and support to youth experiencing crisis, homelessness, housing instability, or family conflict. This position combines community engagement and Safe Place program management responsibilities with direct street outreach and youth navigation services.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 1–2 years working with youth or vulnerable populations.
