Key Responsibilities
- Independently process payroll end-to-end and/or perform Data Management and Customer Service activities in line with agreed calendars, SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Support statutory and year-end reporting activities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and client requirements.
- Respond to client queries, tickets, and calls within agreed service levels, providing accurate and professional support.
- Maintain strong knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and country-specific regulations.
- Support testing, system maintenance activities, and resolution of payroll or system issues.
- Liaise with third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Complete controls, documentation, and process updates accurately and on time.
- Contribute to root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Escalate service risks, issues, or scope deviations to the Service Manager when required.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and comply with security and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings, projects, and other assigned activities to support service delivery and business objectives.
We are looking for you that have
- French at min. B2 level plus a working knowledge of English
- 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills, and pay attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
- BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experience
It will be a plus if you have
- Experience working with HR and payroll data
- HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
