Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Resolving Customer complaints, failed part analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification & Implementation
  2. Resolving daily line concerns, analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification & Implementation. Rework procedure finalization & approval
  3. Ensuring adherence of assembly processes as per drawing and SOP to deliver defect free product
  4. Pro-actively identify process gaps, concerns,  and executing corrective measures along with CFT
  5. Change Management- FTR Approval (Fitment Verification jointly with CFT), APQP activities & documentation
  6. On time closure of project quality gateway deliverables for new models
  7. Attend Daily Quality meeting, Analysis, ICA/PCA. Quality MIS data Preparation and report release
  8. Establish and sustain Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standard
  9. Process & product Audit transmission assembly lines
