Director, Program Management

The Director of Program Management leads a portfolio of strategic programs supporting advanced manufacturing and semiconductor operations, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer commitments, capital expansions, and AOP targets. This role partners cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget while supporting global growth and manufacturing scale-up. Responsibilities include establishing program governance, driving execution discipline, overseeing facility buildouts and fab startups, and ensuring operational readiness for high-volume production. The Director uses strong leadership and data-driven decision-making to achieve capacity, schedule, financial, and operational objectives.
