[SO] Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and Kubernetes-based platform operations. You will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-native systems, enabling fast and reliable software delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud engineering and strong English communication skills to collaborate with international teams.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Git, and automation scripting (Python, Bash).
• Develop and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Manage and operate cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS / GCP) with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Work with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes (AKS / EKS / OpenShift / Rancher).
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using tools like Argo CD or Flux.
• Build and manage monitoring and observability systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, or Loki.
• Implement logging, alerting, and incident response mechanisms for production systems.
• Ensure security best practices, including container scanning (Trivy, Clair, Dependabot) and secrets management (Vault, Sealed Secrets, cloud secret managers).
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve application deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling updates).
• Support database integration and environment provisioning for development, testing, and production systems.
• Drive automation and improvements across the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong experience with:
  • Git, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
  • GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools
  • Scripting in Python and/or Bash
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible / Pulumi).
• Good understanding of Linux system administration and networking basics.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Familiarity with security practices in DevOps (DevSecOps).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and application deployment lifecycle.
• Nice to Have:
  • Experience with GitOps tools (Argo CD, Flux).
  • Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
  • Knowledge of authentication & authorization systems (OAuth2, OIDC, Kerberos).
  • Experience in database management and cloud-managed services.
  • Familiarity with Java or Python application frameworks (Spring Boot, FastAPI, Django).
  • Exposure to progressive delivery strategies (canary, blue/green deployments).
  • Experience working in enterprise or Bosch-like environments (complex network segmentation, SLAs, SL4/SL5 systems).
