Warehouse People Manager

Behind every productive shift, successful new hire, accurate payroll submission, and engaged team is someone making sure the people side of the business runs smoothly.

We're looking for a Warehouse People Manager to support our warehouse team in Germiston. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing people, processes, compliance, and problem-solving in a fast-moving operational environment.

You'll work closely with managers and the team across the warehouse, helping create a workplace where people know what's expected, feel supported, and have the tools to succeed.

If you're equally comfortable handling HR administration, navigating labour legislation, and having difficult conversations when required, this could be the role for you.
