  • Administration: The backbone of our organization that helps us function and supports the team of individuals that engage with our community daily. Functions include finance, accounting, human resources, operations, facilities, and senior management.
  • Development & Partnerships: Our team of individuals that works hard at ensuring we’re funded, our events run smoothly, and our image remains pristine. Functions include grant writing, communications, event planning, and data management.
  • Economic Opportunity: This team works closely with community members as they help them purchase their first homes, start their own small food businesses, and soon, home lending. Functions include administrative support, small business advising, financial coaching, default prevention, and home lending,
  • Real Estate Development & Management: This team ensures our affordable housing communities are completed seamlessly from start to finish while working closely with contractors and property managers. Functions include real estate project management and asset management.
  • Youth & Family Services: This is our largest team, which helps support community members in our affordable housing communities, providing crucial services such as after-school programming and parenting support and linking our residents to services inside and outside our organization. Functions include after-school program coordination, early childhood education, Arrobas center (tech) coordination, and resident services.

Hacienda CDC headquarters are located in the Cully neighborhood, near the Portland Airport.

Hacienda Community Development Corporation is a Latino-led organization dedicated to advancing the social and economic mobility of all communities.

Hacienda CDC was formed in 1992 to provide necessary housing and supportive services in Cully, a low-income, predominantly Latinx community. Today, we have 11 affordable housing communities with over 917 affordable housing communities in Northwestern Oregon. We embrace a holistic approach to development and serving Latinos throughout the region with programs in community economic development, homeownership, and youth and family services. Over the last 30 years, we have grown to become Oregon’s largest Latino-led, Latino-serving housing organization.

PAY:

The salary and wage range Hacienda advertises for the position means that the starting pay offered to the candidate will fall within the range posted. We recognize that each candidate brings with them a unique combination of experiences, education, skills, and abilities; therefore, the offer will be tailored to the individual.
