About the role
Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness — managed by HealthFitness — is looking for a dynamic and motivating Boxing Instructor to join the fitness team at our premier, state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Position Details:
This is an on-call/substitute role, offering flexibility while giving you the opportunity to make an impact when it matters most. You’ll step in to lead high-energy, engaging classes when our regular instructors are unavailable — keeping our members inspired, challenged, and coming back for more.
Minimum Requirements
Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT certification oe boxing specific certification required.
Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
