The Respiratory Educator for NICU and PICU serves as a primarily night-shift–based clinical educator, providing direct support to respiratory staff during off-shift hours. This role is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of respiratory care education programs specific to neonatal and pediatric critical care populations. The Night Shift Respiratory Educator ensures access to education, mentorship, competency validation, and evidence-based practice support for staff working overnight. The role promotes clinical excellence, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and professional growth within the NICU and PICU environments.
