Get to Know the Team

The Growth & Special Projects team oversees and grows the Singapore Mobility business (e.g., JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar Premium). This includes formulating and implementing strategy around demand (passengers), supply (driver-partners), pricing and marketplace, while also undertaking product rollouts and special projects.

Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Manager, Growth & Special Projects. We are looking for someone possessing structured problem-solving and project management skills to join the team. Projects managed by the team often involve analysis using large datasets and deriving insights to formulate high-impact solutions.

The role will be onsite and based in the One North office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Support planning and analysis of high-impact strategic plans. This includes conducting research and data analysis, such as demand, supply, and pricing. Additionally, it involves identifying issues and solutions to optimize for business objectives, including revenue and profit growth, as well as service health.
• Provide project management support for strategic plans, involving skills such as project planning and coordination, communication and stakeholder management
• Work in a team to solve business-critical issues through rigorous analysis utilising basic SQL / Python and AI tools, big picture thinking with consideration for operational detail
• Implement initiatives with attention to cross-functional requirements, collaborating with teams across Product, Regional Mobility Strategy, Partner Operations, Marketing / Comms, Public Affairs etc.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Strong academic track record with a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field
• 1 or more years of experience in Consulting, Tech, Strategy, Project Management roles (especially in tech companies / start ups)
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel, with readiness to pick up SQL and Python.
• Experience translating complex data analysis into actionable business strategies and present them through tools like PowerPoint.
• Track record of quickly identifying root causes of problems, and work with a multidisciplinary team to propose creative solutions
• Proven project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Must be highly adaptable and able to pivot quickly between strategic planning and tactical execution.
