Director - Business Process Improvement

The Director – Business Process Improvement for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is responsible for process evaluation and standardization, establishing performance metrics, identifying productivity enhancements, developing and maintaining process documentation, and driving overall continuous improvement.
