Preventative Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Position Summary: A Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for the timely execution of planned, unplanned, preventive, and predictive maintenance schedules for tools, equipment, machinery, appliances, grounds, walkways, roadways, signage, and buildings as well as any other company owned assets not listed here. They will provide general maintenance and repairs throughout the resort’s interior and exterior. They will also work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to supply accurate vehicle or stockroom inventory to assist them in maintaining adequate levels of the tools, equipment and supplies needed to perform their tasks. All work must be performed according to the resort’s standards. ** (Rotating Schedule 7:30am-4:00pm and 3:30pm-12:00 am midnight)
