You will act as a trusted technical partner embedded with large-scale enterprise customers, helping them deploy, operate, and optimize critical systems across security, compliance, and infrastructure use cases. The role combines deep engineering expertise with consultative customer engagement, requiring both strong troubleshooting ability and the capacity to translate complex technical environments into clear, actionable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with support engineers, customer success managers, and sales teams to drive adoption, resolve high-impact issues, and continuously improve platform performance.
