
Sr. Electronics Engineer - Highway/Road Infrastructure (Tarlac)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join our consulting team. This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all electronics engineering aspects of complex projects, with particular focus on toll collection system implementation and technical design validation.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Design Review & Recommendation
- Review and recommend detailed engineering designs related to project electronics components
- Ensure technical specifications align with project requirements and industry standards
- Validate design feasibility and performance criteria
Project Supervision & Management
- Supervise and manage all electronics engineering aspects of assigned projects
- Lead electronics engineering teams and coordinate with other discipline leads
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budget adherence
Toll Collection System Oversight
- Supervise works for the Toll Collection System component of the project
- Ensure system compliance with technical specifications and operational requirements
- Coordinate integration with related project systems
Additional Consulting Services
- Perform other tasks as required to complete consulting service deliverables
- Support project management and stakeholder communication
- Contribute to project documentation and technical reports
Required Qualifications
- Professional License: Licensed Electronics Engineer (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience as an Electronics Engineer
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in electronics engineering design, systems integration, and project supervision
- Toll Collection Systems: Preferred experience with toll collection system design or implementation
- Project Management: Proven ability to supervise engineering teams and manage technical aspects of large-scale projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with transportation infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of toll collection technologies and standards
- Project management certification or equivalent experience
