Customer Assistance Manager

 

Department Kotak Mahindra Bank – Hardship Assistance Unit
Reporting Relationship Reporting to Location Collections Manager
Position Grade M1 – M2

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Monitoring and maintaining collection for the area. 
  • Managing repossession.
  • Co-ordination with collection agency, repossession agent, sale of asset,
  • Legal formalities.

 



 

 

 

  • Graduate
  • Min 2 – 5 years of experience in collections.
  • Confident, ability to handle a team of collections, can go to the field when required and also give training to his team when needed
