About the Team The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.
Responsibilities As an Agency Solutions Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how leading advertising agencies unlock growth on TikTok. You’ll combine strategy, data, and creativity to turn TikTok into a must-win platform for your partners.
- Be a strategic partner to advertising agencies, crafting high-impact advertising strategies and guiding them to win with TikTok for Business
- Empower agencies to deliver outstanding results for their clients by providing hands-on consulting, innovative solutions, and campaign optimization expertise
- Lead engaging trainings, workshops, and business reviews that elevate agencies’ capabilities and deepen product adoption
- Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to unlock performance improvements, scale revenue, and drive meaningful business outcomes
- Take ownership of high-visibility projects from improving campaign performance to accelerating product adoption across key markets
- Turn data into action: build dashboards, analyze performance trends, and uncover insights across markets, industries, and products to fuel growth
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities for high-potential partners, while tracking and optimizing incentive programs
- Be the voice of the customer, bringing real feedback from agencies back to Product teams to continuously enhance TikTok’s advertising solutions
- Drive monetization initiatives end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally to execute impactful, business-critical projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising, marketing, consulting, or campaign optimization (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience managing and executing performance-driven digital campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven by delivering measurable business impact
- Confident communicator who can clearly articulate the value and potential of TikTok for Business
Preferred Qualifications:
- A growth mindset with a passion for staying ahead of the latest marketing and advertising trends
- Experience using BI tools such as Tableau
- Exposure to go-to-market (GTM) strategy or product marketing within a media or tech platform
- Strong data analysis capabilities
