Job Description – SAP Cloud ALM Consultant
Role Overview:
We are looking for an SAP Cloud ALM Consultant responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Cloud ALM for SAP landscapes including S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions. The role involves configuring monitoring, enabling change management processes, onboarding systems, and supporting operational governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure SAP Cloud ALM for SAP landscapes.
Onboard SAP systems (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, etc.) to Cloud ALM.
Configure monitoring capabilities such as Health Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, and Job Monitoring.
Support change and deployment management processes in Cloud ALM.
Work with Basis, Integration, and Application teams to ensure proper monitoring and operational visibility.
Support incident tracking, alert configuration, and operational dashboards.
Assist in defining ALM governance and best practices for SAP operations.
Required Skills:
Experience with SAP Cloud ALM setup and configuration
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA landscapes and SAP monitoring concepts
Understanding of SAP transports, change management, and operations processes
Familiarity with SAP BTP and Integration monitoring is an advantage
Experience:
4–8 years of relevant SAP experience
Experience in SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager ALM tools
15 years full time education
