We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant Pære, located at 1 Hotel Copenhagen. You will lead the team, manage daily operations, and drive performance to meet our goals. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver outstanding service, uphold our brand values, and keep guests engaged.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, organized, and ready to take on challenges. If you are a dynamic leader with a knack for developing talent and driving results, we want to hear from you!
About you…
You have experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a full-service restaurant.
Experience from a luxury hotel, lifestyle brand, or high-end restaurant is a strong advantage.
You understand how to create a relaxed, authentic, and memorable guest experience.
You are a natural leader who motivates, coaches, and develops your team.
You have experience with staff scheduling, workforce planning, and daily operational planning.
Experience with union agreements, and local labor regulations is a great advantage.
You are comfortable controlling costs, and improving efficiency.
You work closely with the culinary team and F&B leadership team to create a great guest and employee experience.
You have strong communication skills and can handle challenges in a professional way.
You are flexible and comfortable working weekends, holidays, and varied hours when needed.
