Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop opportunities for Bühler solutions
  • Maintain and expand customer base
  • Plan and execute sales visits to customers and prospects
  • Listen to customers, actively monitor assigned markets, report and provide feedback about market intelligence
  • Actively promote the Bühler portfolio of products and services
  • Plan, prepare and execute sales negotiations
  • Collect and maintain accurate information about accounts, contacts, sales leads and opportunities
  • Act more independently in the daily sales activities
  • Design basic sales strategies for the development of the assigned areas and markets
  • Set priorities to fully explore Bühler’s competitive advantages
  • Establish a broad network within markets
  • Develop an understanding of customer decision process and criteria

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in economics, engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum of two-three years in technical sales position
  • General experience and familiarity with commercial environment
  • Industry knowledge in the area of Bühler portfolio, or similar competitor products and services, relevant for the business area
  • Good English skills, written and spoken
