Job Description

  • As an Account Manager I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth.
  • You will report directly to our sales leadership and you’ll work out of our Korea location on a hybrid work schedule.
  • In this role, you will impact the company by strengthening customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth within your assigned accounts.
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in account management or sales, with a focus on customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and ability to identify customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
