
Transition/Transformation Leader (2-year contract)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Transition / Transformation Leader. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid position.
The Transition Leader will enable and oversee successful execution of the regional location strategy, incl. complex multi-country transition initiatives across Europe and offshoring initiatives to India. You will manage and mentor a team, collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement the organizational strategy, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
We will count on you to:
Lead and oversee multiple complex, multi-country transition projects across Europe and Mumbai, setting strategic direction.
Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on long-term location strategy, capacity optimization, and resource forecasting to support organizational growth.
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic plans, business cases, and ensure seamless execution.
Engage with executive stakeholders, providing executive updates, resolving critical escalations, and adjusting plans proactively.
Facilitate strategic decision-making through steering committees and cross-functional workshops.
Establish advanced reporting frameworks and KPIs to monitor project impact and organizational readiness.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in, facilitate effective communication, and support change management activities specific to business transformation efforts
What you need to have:
Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-country transformations projects within matrix organizations, ideally with experience in location strategy.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
Strong strategic thinking, operational expertise, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives.
Ability to identify and address change resistance with a diverse group of sponsors to ensure business transformation success
Fluent in English (C1).
