Role Purpose

This is a field based, door to door sales role focused on generating new business through F2F Cold Calling. As a cold call business development manager, you will be responsible for visiting businesses within your territory, introducing DNA Payments and creating new sales opportunities.

This role requires resilience, confidence, and a highly driven mindset, as success comes from consistent activity and the ability to objection handle.

Reporting to: Area Sales Manager & Head of Field Sales – Cold Callers

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct high volume door to door prospecting (70 doors + a day)

· Engage directly with business owners and decision makers

· Identify customer needs and generate qualified sales opportunities

· Booking appointments and closing deals

· Build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with merchants

· Accurately record all activity within Salesforce CRM

Performance Expectations

  • Cold Calling businesses every day (typically 70+)

  • Generate consistent new business opportunities through face to face engagement

  • Achieve 1 Self Generated POS sale per working day on average after 3 months

  • Book a minimum of 3 appointments per day with decision makers in the field

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers

  • Deliver a professional and engaging experience at every interaction

  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in door to door sales, field sales, or customer facing roles is required.

  • Previous experience in the payments industry is advantageous
