AI & Intelligent Automation Delivery Leader

We are seeking a senior, delivery-led leader to head the AI & Intelligent Automation Delivery capability for Retirement globally. Sitting within the AI & Intelligent Automation CoE, this role owns the Delivery & Operations pillar, with end-to-end accountability for how automation and AI solutions are delivered, scaled, and sustained across the Retirement business. This position will define and lead the operating model for AI and automation delivery, evolving the existing automation capability into a scaled, AI-enabled delivery function incorporating GenAI, document intelligence and workflow solutions. Acting as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, you will lead a globally distributed team, aligning them to a shared roadmap and driving consistent, high-quality execution.
