Innovate Physical Therapy is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bellevue, NE. Prepares timecards and other files for accurate payroll. Medical record handling including insurance verification, faxing/scanning plans of care. Completes pre-admission and admission paperwork for any clients receiving therapy services. Greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling therapy sessions, and ensuring accurate information is communicated to visitors and callers. What do I need to be considered? STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful). High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year experience in business office functions. Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Windows and MS Office.
