Job Description

‎ 

*Provide sales and marketing support to both internal and external Customers by utilizing design templates to produce marketing materials and proposals using our core style guide and approved templates, including printing and fulfillment

*Organize, track and maintain communications with internal compliance areas in order to obtain approval of marketing materials

*Provide support to Field staff regarding available marketing materials for their specific sales or service needs, announcement of new campaigns or materials or information when modifications are made to existing sales materials when necessary.

Skills & Technical Requirements:

  •  One to three years of sales/marketing experience preferred, including working in a Customer support role within a fast paced sales / marketing arena.   May include design and layout experience either through coursework or experience. 

  • Represent Marketing Communications Department during various corporate meetings including print vendors, Compliance, and mailroom Colleagues 

  • Proficiency with PC Windows-based software, including MS Word (ability to merge variable data), Excel (creating of charts and metric measurements), and PowerPoint  

  • Working knowledge of  design and layout software including Adobe Indesign and Adobe Acrobat  

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
