Warehouse Associate
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience in receiving, auditing, and handling inventory in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
- Inspect and audit products to ensure quality and correct quantities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Put stock away in designated locations while maintaining organization
- Perform general warehouse cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts or pallet jacks
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (receiving, auditing, or inventory control a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
