$45,800 – $51,500/year with OT | Day Shift | Wixom, MI

Looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? We’re hiring a mechanically inclined individual to join our team—and grow into a machine operator role as opportunities open on day or night shift.

This is not just a janitorial job—it's a foot in the door to a long-term manufacturing career.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep our clean, modern facility organized and safe
• Sweep, mop, and manage trash/recycling
• Clean restrooms and common areas
• Operate floor scrubbers and shop equipment
• Support basic shop functions and gain exposure to machinery

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with machines
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• High school diploma or GED

Schedule:

Day Shift: 7:00am – 5:30pm (Mon–Fri)

Overtime + limited Saturdays (up to 14/year)
