Receptionist (Holloman Air Force Base)

WinnCompanies is looking for a Receptionist to join our military housing team located at Holloman Air Force Base, NM.  In this role, you will act as an administrative resource by providing general leasing, office, and property management support completing a variety of clerical activities.   Please note that this position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility.  Responsibilities:  Answer telephone, screens and directs calls.  Provide information to callers. Greet and direct walk in visitors and customers. Support Leasing functions including: guiding prospective residents through the website, highlighting pictures, floor plans, application and waitlist status. Send new applications to prospective residents. Review applications and forwarding to the appropriate leasing consultant. Assist other departments in administrative functions or projects as requested. Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries. Serve as courier when required. Ensure coverage of office hours and maintaining office supply inventory.  Requirements:  High school diploma or GED equivalent. Less than 1 year of relevant work experience. A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.
