Job Description

• Conduct the assigned jobs in professional, accurate and efficient manner
• Deliver quotations, certificates, reports, invoices, etc. on time
• Keep good relationship with clients/ affiliates/ colleague in SGS Vietnam / Maintain integrity
• Maintain accessible, transparent, complete and detailed customer information files
Specific Responsibility

• Preparing Inspection job files
• Send reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties
• Continuously update and file documents in inspection files including File Management Checklist and data base
• Prepare certificates and pass to Manager for approval
• Weekly and monthly report of invoicing and other requests
• Prepare and control invoice, follow up debt and payment
• Collection of outstanding payments
• Other tasks requested by Manager

• College graduated or above
• English level B equivalent
• Computer skill

At least 1 year in customer service position experience
