Job Description

As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality production standards, and leading a team of technicians to achieve operational excellence.

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager, and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-Site work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.


Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.


Implement process improvements and troubleshooting techniques to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

 

THIS ROLE WILL SUPPORT 4TH SHIFT: FRIDAY- MONDAY 10 pm- 8 am

 

YOU MUST HAVE

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement.


Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.


Experience with manufacturing equipment and tools, including troubleshooting and maintenance.


Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.


Ability to lead a team effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

 

WE VALUE

3 years of experience in a manufacturing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology 

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.


Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in manufacturing.

The salary range for this position is $39- 43/hour Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
