Job Description

As a Quality Data Analyst, you play a key role in turning complex quality and complaint data into insights that drive understanding, decisions, and improvement.

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Analyze quality data to identify abnormal behavior, trends, and emerging product issues;
  • Translate complex analyses into clear problem statements, failure hypotheses, and potential root causes;
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical stakeholders (Quality, R&D) and non-technical audiences;
  • Proactively identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, or gaps that may impact conclusions;
  • Maintain and develop dashboards and reports used for ongoing monitoring of product quality KPIs;
  • Support cross-functional projects, SOP updates, and audits within your area of responsibility.

You to bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field;
  • 1–2 years of experience working with data analysis, reporting, or analytics;
  • A solid understanding of basic statistics, data interpretation, and structured problem-solving;
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and anomalies, and draw meaningful conclusions;
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to non-technical audiences.;
  • Fluency in English and Polish.

 

It would be great if you have:

  • Interest in or experience with AI-driven tools for data analysis and insight generation;
  • Knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements;
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to hearing aids or medical devices.

  • Curious and confident enough to ask critical questions and challenge assumptions, including those made by technical experts;
  • Comfortable working across functions and cultures in an international environment;
  • Proactive, structured, and able to manage your own work and priorities;
  • Detail-oriented and methodical, with a strong focus on data quality and traceability;
  • Strong in documentation and committed to producing clear, high-quality analyses.
