As a Site Reliability Engineer in the Digital Commerce space, you will lead major incident response, drive platform reliability and observability improvements, and collaborate with vendor teams to support and maintain the ongoing operation of critical data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead major incident response and root cause analysis to ensure rapid resolution.
Support ongoing operations by maintaining platform reliability and performance.
Implement and enhance observability solutions for effective monitoring and alerting.
Collaborate with vendor teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of incident management and operational processes.
Job Qualifications
Basic experience in incident response and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Spyglass).
Understanding of data architecture and processing tools (e.g., Databricks).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills for incident documentation and coordination.
Good to have: Certified in DevOps Foundation, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft’s AZ900 or Databricks Fundamentals
