As a Barista, you’ll play a key role in delivering warm hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and memorable moments for our guests. What You’ll Do: Welcome guests with genuine warmth and provide prompt, courteous service that consistently exceeds expectations Prepare café menu items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and procedures Support breakfast room service orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Accurately process all sales and settlements using the cash register system Reconcile sales and payments in accordance with standard operating procedures Monitor food freshness and product quality to meet or exceed service standards Maintain strong knowledge of café policies and procedures and clearly communicate them to guests when needed Uphold café rules and safety standards, including proper handling of guest concerns, age restrictions, and incident response Assist with answering phones and taking messages as necessary Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance across the register area and café space
