Donohoe Hospitality is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Hotel General Manager to lead operations and drive performance at one of our premier Marriott properties.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces innovation, & can balance exceptional guest experiences with strong financial performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who inspires teams, builds community connections, & creates a culture where associates feel empowered to succeed. A Food & Beverage background is highly preferred, with a proven record of improving profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, increasing market share & developing high-performing teams. Salary $140K-$150K annually
