UDR is looking to add to our teams and hire for a Union Service Tech Relief at our View 34 community ( 740 units) and located in Brooklyn New York. #WRK4UDR

Starting pay rate: $19.56/hour per Union guidelines.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:   Functions in a support role to the Service Manager or Community Director. Responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s established standards and any applicable laws.  The Service Technician diagnoses problems and makes repairs, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance.  Union Service Technicians are directly responsible for making ready vacated apartments for re-leasing.
