Join our Growing Management Consultancy
Unify Partners with a management consulting firm dedicated to helping our customers unify business and technology. In just over three years, we have grown a team to 35+ colleagues, working with mid-size to large companies on challenges such as vendor selection, ERP transformation, data governance, AI, and operational or supply-chain excellence.  

Founded by experienced partners, we have built a solid foundation for continued growth. Our ambition is to expand significantly over the coming years by delivering exceptional value to our customers and fostering a balanced, fulfilling work life (or simply, life) for our talented team.  
As we continue to grow, we are always interested in hearing from skilled applicants with a strong background within management consulting at all seniority levels – from consultant to partner. We are especially looking for applicants with demonstrated skill and experience in one or more of our seven service offering areas: 
  • Digital Transformation Enablement
  • Supply Chain & Operations
  • Digital Financial Operations
  • AI & Analytics
  • Business Solutions & ERP
  • ESG & Sustainability
  • Delivery & Change

Qualifications, we hope you will bring

As a growing company, we constantly add new competences to our team. A rough guideline for profiles that tend to thrive with us include:
  • Experience as an external management consultant (a plus, but not always a requirement)
  • Experience managing projects and supporting management decisions.
  • Skills within one or more of our seven service offering areas as listed above.
  • Knowledge ofSAFe, agile ways of working and/or project management disciplines.
