Job Description
Home Time: Weekly | Location: Durham, NC 27701
Pay: $1,500 to $1,600 Per Week
Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van
50-60% drop and hook freight
Weekly home time
Longer average lengths of haul and no-touch freight help drivers stay productive throughout the week while maintaining weekly home time.
Freight & Operations:
100% no-touch dry van freight
50-60% drop and hook freight
40-50% live unload freight
Drivers may park at approved terminals or take their truck home. Paid parking is not reimbursed.
Dispatch support is available 24 hours per day.
Average length of haul exceeds 400 miles, helping drivers stay productive while reducing frequent load transitions throughout the week.
Equipment:
Equipment Assigned: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth
Inverter: 1200 to 1500 watts
Take-Home Option: Drivers may take assigned equipment home when approved
Fuel Stops: Love's, Pilot, and Flying J
Equipment is assigned based on availability at the terminal.
Compensation:
CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,500 to $1,600 per week with direct deposit and consistent freight availability throughout the year.
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour
Layover Pay: $100 per day excluding Sunday
Orientation:
Three-day paid orientation program
$100 per day orientation pay
Hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals provided
Drivers are assigned equipment and begin dispatch after orientation.
If a driver's medical card has expired, the cost of obtaining a new physical may be reimbursed or covered prior to orientation.

Qualifications:
3 months of experience within the last 12 months or 12 months of experience within the last 3 years • Dry van or reefer experience preferred with a CDL-A tractor-trailer • Flatbed, tanker, and oil field experience will also be considered
