B2B Sales Coordinator-Niš
Job Scope
The B2B Sales Coordinator is accountable for following up on confirmed/pending orders while consequently allocating stocks and ensuring a proper storage.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow up on confirmed orders and credit approvals
- Coordinate with the sales team for pending orders and follow up as necessary
- Liaise with the retail team on stock allocation for all orders
- Coordinate with the warehouse on the delivery schedule and secure a proper storage upon receipt of orders
- Provide the B2B Sales Manager with an analysis of the pipeline for any action if necessary
- Control the B2B stocks in B2B locations and advise B2B customers on stock availability
- Follow up on customers’ statement of account and submit invoices accordingly
- Handle the DEP enrollment process

Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field
Experience
0 to 2 years of relevant experience
