BASIC FUNCTION:
The Brand Standards & Governance Manager supports the Head of Brand in ensuring RWG’s brand is consistently applied across all properties, channels and touchpoints and that brand initiatives are guided by data and insights to strengthen brand equity and business performance.
This role also serves as the operational backbone of the Brand function, ensuring that RWG’s brand architecture, visual identity, naming conventions, proprietary IP and partnership activations are consistently and correctly applied across all guest-facing and internal touchpoints.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Standards & Governance
- Translate brand strategy into clear guidelines, playbooks, and checklists.
- Conduct regular brand audits across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Identify gaps between brand standards and the actual guest experience, and work with relevant teams to recommend improvements
- Track compliance and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain a central repository of approved brand assets and templates.
Brand IP Development
- Support the development and application of RWG-owned IP across campaigns, merchandise, activations and partnerships.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure consistent and commercially effective use of brand assets.
- Support legal and IP registration processes related to trademarks, copyrights, and usage rights.
Brand Alignment & Project Coordination
- Review key campaigns, activations and branded materials to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals and deliverables for brand-related projects.
- Support budget tracking and reporting for brand initiatives where required.
Insights & Reporting
- Support the tracking of brand health metrics, including awareness, consideration, preference, and key brand perception attributes.
- Consolidate insights from brand studies, campaign performance, digital analytics, social listening and guest feedback.
- Monitor brand-related feedback to identify issues, opportunities and emerging trends.
- Analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives, partnerships, and proprietary IP applications.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering brand health, consistency, and selected performance indicators.
- Prepare concise insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making
Education and Experience
- Min 5–8 years of experience in brand management, brand governance or integrated marketing.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, retail, entertainment, or multi-location brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of:
