Project Management Specialist

he Project Management Specialist is an essential member of the Digital organization responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of creative and digital projects across the business. This individual will work closely with Creative Services, Digital Merchandising, Development, Category Management, and Marketing teams to ensure projects are properly planned, assigned, tracked, and delivered according to established timelines.

This role will be responsible for managing project workflows within Workfront, coordinating resources across multiple teams, monitoring project progress, maintaining dashboards and reporting, and supporting workload planning and prioritization efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and passionate about improving operational efficiency through project management best practices and workflow automation.
