Website https://www.publicisresources.com Overview Designation: - Senior Associate L2 Location- Gurgaon/Bengaluru We are looking for a Senior Associate Infrastructure L2 with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and modern DevOps practices to join our Cloud Support team. The role involves managing Azure cloud environments, supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure issues, and providing technical leadership to the team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure services, GitHub-based DevOps workflows, infrastructure automation, and cloud security best practices. The role also requires collaboration with application teams, security teams, and global stakeholders to ensure stable, secure, and scalable cloud operations. Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure & Azure Support Manage and support Microsoft Azure cloud environments including subscriptions, resource groups, and networking. Provision and maintain Azure services such as VMs, App Services, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and Load Balancers. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure incidents and service disruptions. Implement security and compliance best practices across Azure environments. Manage Azure networking components including VNets, subnets, NSGs, VPN gateways, and private endpoints. Perform patching, upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance activities Responsibilities DevOps & Automation Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines primarily using GitHub Actions. Support and maintain DevOps workflows integrated with GitHub repositories and deployment pipelines. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep. Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Collaborate with development teams to streamline application deployments and release automation. Support containerized deployments and modern DevOps practices. Monitoring & Security Monitor cloud infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other observability tools. Work with security teams to address vulnerabilities, security alerts, and compliance requirements. Support incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements. Required Skills & Experience 6–8 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or Cloud Support roles. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline development and automation. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep). Good understanding of cloud networking concepts. Experience with Linux and Windows server administration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Git-based workflows and repository management. Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent). Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, or AKS. Familiarity with containerization (Docker).
