You will report to the Senior Operations Manager- Distribution Services
This is a Full-Time role
What You Will Do
Lead and supervise more than 20 Direct Reports: Safety, Regulatory, 5S, Specific Job Functions.
Follow operating guidelines, safety rules, and union contract requirements.
Track team and individual performance.
Work with internal leaders to complete daily tasks.
Daily operation checklists.
Payroll Processed Daily.
Inspecting daily operations and monitoring Cast performance through observations.
Independently manage warehouse operations as the on-site salaried leader for Distribution Services, addressing challenges and coordinating with leadership and business partners to ensure business continuity.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Extensive experience in warehousing and distribution.
Expertise in optimizing warehouse management systems to enhance efficiency and boost productivity.
Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and leading.
Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments by expertly prioritizing tasks, coordinating multiple projects, and consistently meeting tight deadlines through exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Expert in harnessing computer technology for innovative solutions.
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Proven ability to tackle and resolve conflicts with swift, effective strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communicator.
Strong computer proficiency.
Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Skilled in budgeting and scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications
Showed excellent understanding of business principles.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish a plus).
Proven background in managing within a unionized workplace.
Exceptional abilities in customer service.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects successfully and drive results.
Demonstrated expertise in 5S and KAIZEN methodologies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree- Preferred.

The position is fully on-site.

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $83,000 to $111,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
