Job Description

To deliver highest standards of customer services in developing relationships and maintaining exceptional service levels leading to ultimate customer satisfaction; provide information and personalized guidance prioritizing needs of a customer at first point of contact; by facilitating customers in both service and transactions; branch up keep, day to day tasks including account opening process, deposit, cash withdrawal, DD, pay orders etc., maintain close liaison with Service Quality Department.
