Job Description
Vertiv LATAM Product Quality Engineer is responsible to ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout their lifecycle, from design, manufacturing, and post market phases to mitigate risks. Identifying defects, implementing improvements, and leading cross-functional teams to solve quality issues using tools like lean manufacturing and six sigma to ensure high- quality, reliable products.
Drive quality product improvements. Lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Support Customer experience post shipment through the services teams. Provide feedback and follow up on quality issues/improvements identified in products with manufacturing sources, whether Vertiv products or third-party products. Effectively work across all product development areas to drive and sustain a strong quality culture across the overall organization.
