What Success Looks Like: Your Impact Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa Maintain complete knowledge of: all Spa Services and products Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift Escort guests to and from treatments Cashiering duties for services and retail Answer all incoming calls Other duties as assigned What You Bring Previous customer service experience Must be a team player! Must have a positive SPA vibe Strong computer, communication and telephone skills Must be able to work evenings and weekends   Don’t meet every single requirement?
