Work Arrangement: This position is categorized as hybrid on NIGHSHIFT. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week (or other frequency) as dictated by the business.
The Role
The Global Ops Coe in Manila is a developing team about world class delivery, customer support, driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems,
processes, and technology across the enterprise under GM Sales Services and Marketing (SSM) function.
The Retail Innovation team operating with VSSM is passionate about driving a disruptive shift in the Retail buying process. We strive to provide world class
Customer and Dealer Experience to our customers. We support Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and CarBravo to grow their market share. This role operates in support by GBS transformations in partnership with the VSSM function.
What You’ll Do
Provide world-class support for the GM Sales Reporting function, including hyper-care activities and user access management for multiple systems, business partner support, daily monitoring, issue management support, and on-going reporting requirements sustaining multiple regions and functions.
Support communication to our business users
Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance the customer and field initiatives
Update and maintain operations process, desk procedures and other documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes.
Data Integration: Combine all data streams into a central Power BI environment (e.g.RPO/Subscription/Warranty/Financial/Enrollment/Retention)
Data Modeling & Cleansing: Create consistent, validated data models for tracking operational KPIs, and customer metrics and program forecasting.
Dashboard Development: Design interactive Power BI dashboards for operational tracking/metrics, and leadership executive summary
This hybrid role combines data engineering, analytics, and visualization — ensuring data accuracy, faster insights, and scalable reporting.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
3+ Years in Data Analytics / Data Science or related field
Bachelor’s degree in a Data Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Sales or Subscription
Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions and build trust across the organization
Ability to guide team on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
Embrace data driven & customer insights to inform plans, launches, and iterations
Highly proficient in oral and written communication skills
Proven proficiency in analytical tools such as PBI, Power Automate and Knime
Background on emerging technological advancements such as AI
Strong organizational skills with proven track record of efficiently executing complex projects to completion at a high level of quality
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills required to effectively
collaborate, motivate, and facilitate others in group situations
Desire to work in a complex and evolving environment and to bring an innovation mindset
Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up technology environment is essential
Strong computer software skills, especially Microsoft Office, including familiarity with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
