
ASSOCIATE HR DIRECTOR
Job Description
Provides strategic and tactical HR consultation to business leaders and management in order to drive overall Business/HR strategy. Serves as the associate advocate (Voice of the Associate) and management trusted advisor on both business and HR related strategies and issues. Works in partnership with other areas of HR (L&D, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Workforce Analytics, etc.). Role will have a significant emphasis on Associate Relations and two direct reports.
