Daily Worker - ICT

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, printers, and network devices.

• Provide basic technical support to users (simple hardware/software troubleshooting).
• Handle day-to-day IT service requests, such as password resets, network connectivity issues, etc.
• Perform basic documentation related to maintenance and support activities.
• Support IT asset inventory processes (labeling, checking, etc.).
• Coordinate with the IT team for issue reporting and resolution

- Good command of PL/SQL query language (Laragon, Phyton, PHP)
- Good knowledge of programming algorithms/logic.
- Able to create Packages/procedures in PL/SQL as an added value.
- Have knowledge of creating reports from Power BI as an added value.
- Know business Process Applications, Axapta, Microsoft 365, helpdesk ticketing.
- Know managing network systems and hardware troubleshooting
